Keller Williams Cache Home Realty was named Cache Valley’s Best Realtor this year in the Cache Valley Family Magazine Best of Cache Valley Awards. Started by locals Eric and Isabel Jones, this realty branch will soon find a home in a downtown Logan building that is currently being renovated. We are lucky to have this company as part of our community. In interviewing Isabel about her and her husband’s business and its background and vision, we were able to learn more about the passion that they have for real estate and the ways in which they hope to use it to make a difference here in Cache Valley. Read on for the Q&A.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your family.

“Both Eric and I were born and raised in Cache Valley. We were high school sweethearts and have been married for 17 years. We now have four beautiful children.”

When did you start your business? What made you interested in doing so?

“We got into real estate seven years ago and are currently renovating a downtown building in Logan for our new brokerage, Keller Williams. We originally got into real estate because of some real estate investment opportunities we were doing at the time. One thing led to another to lead us to where we are at now.”

What sets your realty company apart from others?

“I think everyone in the industry has their own individual talents, but I think what sets us apart is our love for both real estate and our community. We are both from here and have a great love for this valley and want to leave it a better place than we found it.”

What do you love most about your business and what you do?

“We love the people and making a difference in people’s lives. It is amazing to be able to cast a vision to someone, when they thought it may have never been possible for them, and show them that they can do it and that it is pretty simple. It’s so gratifying. We also love being able to give back to the community. Every year Keller Williams branches across the nation participate in something called Red Day. It is an entire day spent giving back to the community. This year our office, the Logan Keller Williams Branch, went to a local nursing home and played games with the residents there and gave each of them a gift. They loved it. Every year is different, but we always try to just look at a special need we are being called to take care of and go help others in our community.”

What do you love about working here in Cache Valley?

“I love the small town feel, but we still have everything you could ever want available to us. This is such an amazing community.”
