There are many lovely parks hidden across the Cache Valley, and the Willow Park Zoo is definitely one of them. This small, non-profit zoo mainly features rescued animals and is very manageable to get around.

Animals to be seen at the zoo include different types of birds, coyotes, emus, raccoons and many more.  One of the favorite zoo features is the large, beautiful male peacock roaming the pathways. The zoo staff is well informed and friendly. They are available to answer questions and offer information about the zoo’s animals.

An added bonus: Right outside of the zoo there is a great playground and picnic spot for the whole family to enjoy.

Willow Park Zoo is located at 419 West 700 South in Logan, and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Cost for adults is $2.50 and $1.50 for children 12 and younger.
