These green smoothies are a fun, healthy way to enjoy the spooky season. They just need a little dressing up, but they’re so easy! Plus, they’re a great way to get your little monsters to eat some fruit and veggies!


  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2⁄3 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach


  1. Soak the chia seeds in the water overnight. Divide into two cups.
  2. Blend peaches, banana, milk, and spinach until smooth.
  3. Pour over the chia seeds, mix if desired.

* To make the eyes, pierce blueberries with toothpicks and dip 3⁄4 of the way into vanilla yogurt. Freeze until hard.
