These green smoothies are a fun, healthy way to enjoy the spooky season. They just need a little dressing up, but they’re so easy! Plus, they’re a great way to get your little monsters to eat some fruit and veggies!
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana
- 2⁄3 cup almond milk
- 2 cups spinach
- Soak the chia seeds in the water overnight. Divide into two cups.
- Blend peaches, banana, milk, and spinach until smooth.
- Pour over the chia seeds, mix if desired.
* To make the eyes, pierce blueberries with toothpicks and dip 3⁄4 of the way into vanilla yogurt. Freeze until hard.
