I’ve always been big into eating Greek yogurt topped with berries and granola for a quick no-cook breakfast, but using a cantaloupe as a bowl turns a normal breakfast into something new, exciting, and delicious! The yogurt makes it creamy, and you get a touch of sweetness with the fruit. Plus, anything that cuts down on washing dishes is a winner in my book!

INGREDIENTS

● 1⁄2 cantaloupe
● 1 cup Farmstyle vanilla Greek yogurt (2%)
● 1⁄4 cup granola
● 1⁄4 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Slice the cantaloupe in half, then scoop out the seeds.
2. Fill the hollowed center of the cantaloupe with yogurt.
3. Sprinkle with granola and blueberries.
