Do you need a fun activity for a summer afternoon? Try making these Berry Popsicles! Kids love to make their own treats, and this is a sweet snack that will cool them down. These popsicles are all-natural and only use a few ingredients, so they’re super simple to throw together.
Ingredients: *Makes about six popsicles. You will need popsicles molds for this recipe!
Yogurt and Berry Popsicles
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Fresh raspberries and blueberries
Peach and Berry Popsicles
- 4 ripe peaches (2 cups)
- 1 tsp. honey
- Fresh raspberries and blueberries
Instructions:
Yogurt and Berry Popsicles
- Mix coconut milk, yogurt, vanilla and lemon zest together until smooth.
- In popsicle mold, layer berries with yogurt mix up to almost the top.
- Carefully poke a popsicle stick through the berries in the middle of the mold.
- Freeze until firm.
- If necessary, run under a little warm water to take out of mold.
- Eat immediately!
Peach and Berry Popsicles
- Put peaches and honey in blender.
- Mix until smooth.
- Layer berries and peach mixture in popsicle mold.
- Freeze until firm.
