I recently experienced Kiwi Crate for the first time with my kids. Before trying it, I was a skeptic. At about $20 a month, it seemed a bit pricey for a box of kid craft supplies. However, I was completely and pleasantly surprised at just how “worth it” this box was.
Kiwi Crate is a subscription box for children ages 5-8 (they have four different versions for younger and older age groups aged 0-16+). It arrives every month with all the materials and instructions needed to complete 2-3 crafts centered around a theme, plus additional materials to help educate young learners.
What I love about it is that it arrives on my doorstep and can go straight to the table for a few minutes of quality, educational craft time with my kids. I don’t have to scrounge through my craft drawer for tape, markers, scissors or other supplies if they are needed (and they always seem to be missing when we need them), because they are included in the box, and better yet the supplies are high quality. The boxes also come with an educational magazine that relates to the activities. This is a well put together product that is fun for kids and easy for moms. That is a win-win!
